Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Brookies

Can’t choose between a chocolate cake, a chocolate cake, or a cup of peanut butter? Get all three in one! Easy Reese stuffed brookie cups will definitely amaze your taste buds and are easy to make.
This should be the easiest and tastiest dessert we’ve had in a while! Brookies are a brownie and brownie in one. We thought why not add a Reese Cup ?! What we ended up with was a worthwhile treat that totally wowed us, especially when topped with ice cream.

Brownie cake:
° 140 g of dark chocolate

° 100 g soft butter
° 120 g cane sugar
° 1 large egg
° 170 grams of flour
° 1 teaspoon baking powder (or baking powder)
° 100 grams of chocolate chips (or ground chocolate)
° Pinch of salt

+ To make the cake:
Put the chocolate and butter pieces into small pieces in a glass or stainless steel bowl, and also put them in a double boiler to melt.
In another dish, beat the eggs and the sugar. Add flour, salt, and then the melted chocolate butter mixture.

Pour the preparation into a 20 x 20 cm square mold covered with parchment paper.
