Lasagna
Ingredients :
°500 grams of lean ground beef.
°500 grams Italian sausage.
°1 package of ricotta cheese.
°2 cans of spaghetti sauce.
°1 scrambled egg.
°130 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
°1/2 cup parsley flakes, divided.
°1 box of lasagna noodles.
°1 onion chopped.
°Salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
*Directions :
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2:
Boil the pasta, meanwhile, brown the minced meat and sausage over medium heat. Add onions.
Step 3:
In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, eggs, Italian seasoning and parsley, mixing well.
The fourth step:
Spread about 4 tablespoons of the meat sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
Fifth step:
Cook the lasagna noodles and top with the meat sauce, then add the ricotta mixture and repeat 4-5 times with the meat sauce, noodles, and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Sixth step:
Bake for 40 minutes.
