Mashed potatoes


Ingredients :
°Potato 700 grams
°Full Cream Milk 100 ml
°Half salted butter 70 g
°Nutmeg 1 pinch
* Methods :
Choose potatoes of equal size. Cooking them in  saucepan filled with boil water.
2 Once cooked, drain and peel (careful, it’s hot!) mash using vegetable grinder (choosing best mesh).
3 Meanwhile, heat milk in  saucepan. Once it warms up, add it to the puree and mix everything with a dough hook.
to end
Add the shredded butter with whisk. Finish off with a nutmeg seasoning, a pinch of ground pepper and Flor Seal.
