Easy burn cucumber salad!!

INGREDIENTS:
°1 avocado
°½ cucumber
° lemon juice
°½ red onion
°1 or 2 tomatoes
°Fresh cilantro
° A splash of olive oil
° A pinch of salt and pepper
 
*Preparation method
To make this perfect salad for lunch or dinner, you don’t need to spend hours preparing it, or countless ingredients. So shall we try?
First you need to cut the avocado and tomatoes into pieces, then the cucumber into strips, and do the same with the red onion.
Then, just put everything in a salad bowl, before adding the coriander, a drizzle of olive oil and the lemon juice. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
