INGREDIENTS:
°six to eight freshly peeled and sliced peaches
°a piece of unsalted butter
°1 tsp flour 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp brown sugar
°a cup of baking powder
°Half a cup of salt
°a c milk
°a vanilla t
°half lemon juice
*INSTRUCTIONS
Step One: Preheat the oven to three hundred and seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.
Step Two: Pour melted butter into center of 9 x 13 inch baking dish, do not spread butter around pan.
Third step: In a separate bowl, mix the flour with 1 cup of sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour the milk also the vanilla extract,
And stir to mix. Pour the mixture over the butter, but do not stir.
Step Four: Add the brown sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice to the pot over high heat. Stir constantly with sugar
Step Five: Pour the peaches over the mixture. Do not move.
Step Six: Bake for 40-45 minutes
Step 7: Serve warm, cold or with a spoonful of ice cream
