Potato Pancakes
* Ingredients :
° 4 cups of cold mashed potatoes
° 5 slices of bacon
° Half a teaspoon of onion powder
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
° 2 large eggs, beaten well
° 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
* Preparation :
To start with, take a large, deep frying pan and place it in the bacon and cook it over a medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, or until it becomes brown and crisp.
Next, remove the slices of bacon, crumble. Sit aside. And please leave the bacon broth in the skillet
Then pick a bowl and mix the mashed potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt and black pepper together
Stirring in crumble bacon also cheddar cheese.
Once done, shape the mixture into 8 pieces.
At this stage, heat the bacon broth over a medium heat, and fry the patties in the skillet for 4 minutes on each side, or until they are done on each side.
