Chicken and dumplings recipe

 

INGREDIENTS

-2 chicken breast
-4 tablespoons olive oil
-1 rice – 1/4 cup
-2 egg
-2 tablespoons flour – For the sauce
-1 egg
-2 tablespoons chicken broth
-1 flour – 1 glass
-1 onions
-25 cl of white wine
-1 teaspoon paprika

Direction

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, install the mincer and chop the chicken and the onion.

Put the meat and the onion in the food processor bowl. Add egg, cooked rice. Salt and pepper. Install the K-beater or the flexible beater and run at speed 1.

Form meatballs and roll in flour.

Cook the meatballs in a skillet in very hot oil.

Remove from heat and place on a plate.

In the same skillet, add the flour and the veal stock. Then add the white wine and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.

Add the cream and season with the paprika. Simmer, stirring occasionally, to thicken the sauce.

Stir in meatballs.
