Ingredients:
40 g of feta
°250 g of cherry tomatoes
°1 – cucumber
°2 tbsp. olive oil
°20 g of parsley
°1 C. vinegar
°1 – avocado
°1 – red onion
– – salt and pepper
*Preparation
1 – Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
2 – Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes.
3 – Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, peel it and also dice it.
4 – Peel and chop the onion.
5 – Wash and chop the parsley.
6 – Dice the feta.
7 – Emulsify the oil with the vinegar, salt and pepper.
8 – Assemble all the ingredients in a salad bowl and serve with the vinaigrette on the side.
