Banana Bread Brownies

Ingredients :
°2 bananas
°250g dark pastry chocolate
°120g sugar
°150g butter
°3 eggs
°60g flour
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
* Methods:
Preheat oven 180°C
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the butter
Whisk the whole eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar
Mash the bananas with a fork. and add them to the melted chocolate with the butter. Mix a little
Add the sugared eggs and mix well.
Add the flour, the dough should be glossy. Mix the flour well with the other ingredients, the brownie will not crumble once baked
Butter a mold (preferably square) then place a spoon of flour in it. Shake well in all directions so that the flour settles on the butter. The brownie will not stick to the dish.
Pour the mix into the mold.
Place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, remove the dish from the oven. Let the brownie cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.
When the time is up, take the banana brownie out of the fridge and cut it into small squares.
Optional: Sprinkle with icing sugar
