Ingredients
°15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
°450 g (1 lb) ground beef
°1 chop onion
°15 ml (1 tbsp.) minced garlic
°15 ml (1 tbsp) taco seasoning
°250 ml (1 cup) salsa
°1 pre-baked pizza crust
°500 ml (2 c) grated tex-mex type cheese mix
°500 ml (2 c) crushed corn chips
°18 cherry tomatoes of various colors, quartered
°375 ml (1 1/2 c) romaine lettuce
°125 ml (1/2 cup) 14% sour cream
*Steps
Preheat oven 205°C (400°F).
In skillet, heat the oil on medium heat. Cook the ground beef for 4 to 5 minutes, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon.
Add onion and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Adding taco seasonings & salsa. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low-medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
Place pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with meat mixture and cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with corn chips, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream
