Classic Salmon Patties
Ingredients:
500g canned salmon, drained and flaked
100g breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
50g onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form Patties: Shape the mixture into patties.
Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Serve the salmon patties hot with tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon.
