Seven-layer 30-minute salad

INGREDIENTS:
°2 large onions
°500 grams of frozen peas
°6 slices of white ham
°300 grams of mimolette
°1 1/2 LETTUCE TYPE GREEN SALAD
°1 MAYONNAISE IN A MINI TANK
°6 hard-boiled eggs
°3 large tomatoes
For the visual, preferably choose a large transparent salad bowl.

With the multifunction bowl fitted with the coarse grating disc, grate each of the following ingredients independently: onions, ham and mimolette.

Hard-boil the 6 eggs and let them cool completely.

Prepare a mini-vat mayonnaise (see special mini-vat recipe on the website.

Roughly cut the lettuce into strips and the tomatoes.

Once cooled, coarsely chop the hard-boiled eggs and mix them with the mayonnaise.

In the salad bowl, make the following 7 layers in order: 1 layer of onions, 1 layer of cooked ham, 1 layer of lettuce, 1 layer of eggs/mayo, 1 layer of tomatoes, 1 layer of peas still frozen (this is what will make the freshness of the tomato as it thaws little by little in the salad bowl) and finish with the layer of mimolette.

Eat after about 2 hours when the peas have finished defrosting. Salad very popular during hot weather.
