ingredients :
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
3 diced plum tomatoes
1 onion cut into rings
⅓ c. vinegar
¼ C oil
3 tbsp granulated sugar
⅔ C. Water
Salt / pepper to taste
Methods :
Chop vegetables / put them in mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix vinegar, oil, water, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
Pour vinegar mixture on vegetables & toss to coat.
Refrigerate mix for at least 2-3 h before serve.
