INGREDIENTS:
°300 g beef
°3 medium tomatoes (350 g)
°1 carrot and 1/2 (175 g)
°3 large potatoes (350g)
°1/3 leek (100 g)
°1/2 turnip (100g)
°1 medium-sized onion (100 g)
°1 to 2 stalk celery (75 g)
°2 L water
°salt
*PREPARATION:
Wash and cut your meat into large pieces (4 cm).
Start by braising your meat to tenderize it: put a large pot of water (1/2 L) on the heat (medium). Add your meat to it. Simmer, once, for 1 hour. Then, when all or most of the water has evaporated, add 1/2 L and simmer a second time for 1 hour.
While the meat cooks, wash and peel all your vegetables. Then cut them into medium sized pieces.
When the meat is almost tender, add your tomatoes, potatoes and carrots first. Then cover with 1/2 L of water.
Bake for around 45 minutes.
Then add the turnips and cook for 10 minutes.
At this stage, the water has evaporated a lot. Then add 1/2 L of water. Then, add the celery, onion and leek and do not forget to salt your soup. Bake for 20 minutes and it’s ready!
