Ingredients:
°4 cups broccoli florets
°1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into small pieces
°2 tablespoons tangy Italian dressing
°1 cup instant rice
°1 can (284 ml) cream of chicken
°¼ cup mayonnaise
°½ diced red bell pepper
°1 cup shredded mixed cheese
*Preparation:
Heat the vinaigrette in a frying pan and cook the chicken pieces in it.
Mix all the other ingredients together. Add the cooked chicken.
Place everything in a 13” x 9” Pyrex dish.
Bake at 350 F for about 35 minutes.
Broil for a few minutes at the end of cooking.
